  ಉಪ್ಪಿಯ ಮೂರು ನಾಮ!

  ಉಪೇಂದ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಸೊಗಸು ನಟನೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಇದೆಯೆಂದು ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ಗೆ ಹೋದವರು ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೂರುನಾಮದ ಕತೆ ಇದಲ್ಲ. ಬಸವಣ್ಣ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ರಾಜು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಿಂಬಲ್ ಅದು. ಶಿವನ ಹಣೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿಭೂತಿ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಿತ್ರವಾದರೂ ತಾನು ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಸವಣ್ಣ ಎಂದೇ ಕರೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದರು. ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ. ಮೊದಲು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ತನ್ವಿ ಫಿಲಮ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾನರ್ ನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕ ಸಿ.ಆರ್ ಮನೋಹರ್ "ಉಪ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ. ಗ್ಲಾಮರಸ್ ರಾಗಿಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯೂಟ್ ಸಲೋನಿ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ರಾಗಿಣಿ ಇದು ಕನ್ನಡದ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ತನ್ನದು ಎರಡು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಗೆಟಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಫಿಯಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಪಾತ್ರ. ನಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಕ್ಲೈಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ ಪ್ರೈಸ್ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಉಪ್ಪಿ ಫೆಂಟಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಹ್ಯೂಮನ್. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಾವಿದನಷ್ಟೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ದೃಶ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ನಮಗೆ ಎನ್ ಕರೇಜ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಲಾಗದು. ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿಗೆಂಬಂತೆ ನಾಯಕನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ನಾನು ಹೊಡೆದಾಟದ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು ರಾಗಿಣಿ. ಸಲೋನಿ ತಮಗೆ ಇದು ಉಪೇಂದ್ರರ ಜೊತೆ ಮೂರನೇ ಸಿನೆಮಾ. ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಸ್ಥೆ ಹುಡುಗಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ರಿಯಲ್ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಉಪೇಂದ್ರ ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲೋನಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೇ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ 'ಪರ್ಫಾರ್ಮೆನ್ಸ್ ಓರಿಯೆಂಟೆಡ್ ನಟಿ ಸಲೋನಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮುಂಬೈನಿಂದ ಕರೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ನನಗೆ ತೆಲುಗು ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಬರೆದ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೊಸ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಕಾರರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿದರು. ಅದೇ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿದ ನಟ ದೊಡ್ಡಣ್ಣ, ನನ್ನ 600 ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಅನುಭವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಇದು ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಖುಷಿ ಕೊಡುವ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರ ಸಹೋದರ ಗೋಪಿ ನವನಟನಾದರೂ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಅಭಿನಯ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿರುವುದು, ವೇದದ ವಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ರಾಜು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿ ಬರಲು ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪ್ಪಿಯೇ ಕಾರಣರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 4ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಎಂಟರ ತನಕ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಗೆಟಪ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಮೇಕಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಉಪೇಂದ್ರರ ಡೆಡಿಕೇಶನನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಲು ಮಾತುಗಳಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.

  ಡಿ.ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಬಾಬು ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೇಜಿಸ್ಟಾರ್ ವಿ.ರವಿಚಂದ್ರನ್ ರ ಬಳಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ರುದ್ರಮುನಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಧುಮುಕಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರವೇ 'ಚಿನ್ನ ಚಿನ್ನ ಆಸೆ'. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮುಹೂರ್ತ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಕಂಠೀರವ ಸ್ಟುಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿತು. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ರುದ್ರಮುನಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇದೊಂದು ಲವ್ ಸ್ಟೋರಿ ಬೇಸ್ಡ್ ಸಿನೆಮಾ. ನಾಯಕ ಮದರಂಗಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ. ಹಿಲ್ ಸ್ಟೇಷನ್ ಒಂದರೆಡೆಗೆ ರೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವ ವೇಳೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವ ಕತೆಯಿದು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವರು ನಾಯಕಿಯರು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಒಲಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಕ್ಲೈಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್. ಮೂವರು ನಾಯಕಿಯರಾಗಿ ನಟಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್, ಸಂದೀಪ್ ವಿರಿಕು ಮತ್ತು ನರ್ಹೋನ್ಹಾ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಖುಷಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ತಮ್ಮದು ಲವ್ವರ್ ಬಾಯ್ ಪಾತ್ರ ಎಂದರು. ಭಜರಂಗಿ ಲೋಕಿ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಖಳನಾಗಿ ನಟಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮದರಂಗಿ ವರ್ಸಸ್ ಭಜರಂಗಿ ಹೊಡೆದಾಟಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಸುಚೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ತಮಗೊಂದು ಪಾತ್ರವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು. ಕೇಶವಾದಿತ್ಯ ಮೊದಲಬಾರಿ ತಾವು ಪ್ರೇಮ ಚಿತ್ರವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ಜನ್ಯಾ ಸಂಗೀತದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಹಾಡುಗಳಿದ್ದು ಜಯಂತ್ ಕಾಯ್ಕಿಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿನೆಮಾದ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಲೂರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ದೂಧ್ ಸಾಗರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಮುಟಾದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

  ಚಿತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರೇ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವರೆಂಬ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟತೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರ ರಿಂಗ್ ರೋಡ್ ಶುಭ ಎಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದಾರತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸದಂಥ ಚಿತ್ರವಿದು. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರೊಮೊಗಳಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ತಂಡದ ಕಾರ್ಯವೈಖರಿಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಜವೆನಿಸಬಹುದಾದಂಥ ಕುಂದುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಹಾಡುಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವೂ ಜರಗಿತು. ವಾಣಿಹರಿಕೃಷ್ಣ ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಧ್ವನಿಸಾಂದ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಗಂಗರಾಜು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ಪಡೆದು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಪಾತ್ರವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಜಯ್ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ 'ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಹುಲಿಯಾದರೆ, ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಾಹಕಿ ಲಯನೆಸ್. ಅಷ್ಟು ಪವರ್ ಫುಲ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾನು ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣದ ವೇಳೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ಮಾದರಿ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಲುಪುವಂತಾಗಲಿ' ಎಂದರು. ನಿಖಿತಾ ಟುಕ್ರಾಲ್ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ 'ಚಿತ್ರಕತೆ ಅದ್ಬುತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಭಾಗವಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯಪ್ಪ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯ್ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಒಂದು ಆಕೆಗೊಂದು ಮುತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಂಜನಾ 'ನಾನೊಬ್ಬಳು ಫೆಮಿನಿಸ್ಟ್. ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ ಸದಾ ಮುಂದಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಯಸುವವಳು ನಾನು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಂಬಲವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಪಟ್ರೆ ಅಜಿತ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಕಾ ಸಸ್ಪೆನ್ಸ್ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳಿವೆ. ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ನೋಡಲು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಅತಿಥಿ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ಲವ್ಲಿಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ 'ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಚಿತ್ರ ತಂಡದ ರಂಜಿನಿ, ರೇಖಾಮ್ಮ, ನಿಖಿ, ಸಂಜನಾ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತೆಯರು. ಪ್ರಿಯಾರಲ್ಲಂತೂ ಅವರು ಯಾವ ಚಿತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಗ್ರಿಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿಶೇಷವೇನೆಂದರೆ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ನಟಿಸಿರುವ ಗೀತೆಗೆ ಕಿಚ್ಚ ಸುದೀಪ್ ಕಂಠನೀಡಿದ್ಧಾರೆ! ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಖುದ್ದು ವಾಣಿ ಹರಿಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಸಂತೋಷ್ ವೆಂಕಿ, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ವಿಜಯ್, ಹರಿಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಗೀತ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ದನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡುಗಳಿವೆ. ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯಪ್ಪ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇಡೀ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ನಟ ಸುನೀಲ್ ಪುರಾಣಿಕ್, ನಟಿ ಹಂಸ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು.

  ನಮ್ಮ ಸೀಡಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು 'ಬಾಸ್' ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು 'ಮುದ್ದು ಮನಸೇ' ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಇವರು ಬಹುಶಃ ಬಿಗ್ ಬಾಸ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸುದೀಪೇ ಇರಬಹುದು ಎಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಚಿತ್ರತಂಡ ತಯಾರಿಸಿರುವ ಜಾಹಿರಾತು ತುಣುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಸುದೀಪ್ ಕೂಡ 'ಬಾಸ್ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ' ಎಂದಾಗ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣ ಹುಬ್ಬೇರುವಂತಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸತ್ಯ. ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಬಾಸ್ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಇರಬಹುದೇ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಹವೂ ಮೂಡದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತೆರೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಉಳಿದ ಕಲಾವಿದರಂತೆ ಬಾಸ್ ಬರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡದಿರುವುದು ಕೂಡ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಯಾವಾಗ ಶಿವರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಬರೀಶ್ ಕೂಡ 'ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಾಸ್ ಅಂತಲೇ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತೀವಿ, ಬಾಸ್ ಬರ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ' ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೋ ಆಗಲೇ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಖಂಡಿತಾ ತೀರಾ ಸಣ್ಣ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರಂತೂ ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಅಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಅದು ಯಾರು? ರಜನಿಕಾಂತ್ ರವರಾ? ಅವರು ಆಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ಅರುಣ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ತಾವು ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕುರಿತು ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಹೋದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಲಿಂಗ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ರಜನಿಕಾಂತ್ ಕ್ಯಾರವಾನೊಳಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನೇ ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಚಿತ್ರದ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರು. ನಾನು ಅವರ ಕಾಲ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಕುಳಿತು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಅವರ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲೇ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೋಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು; ಅದು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರೆಯಲಾಗದ ಘಟನೆ ಎಂದರು. ಅದೇ ಜಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಅವರೇನಾ ಸೀಡಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸೋದು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರು 'ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಯಾರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮೊದಲೇ ರಿವೀಲ್ ಮಾಡೋದು ಬೇಡ' ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಬರುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಗುಟ್ಟಾಗಿರಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ರಜನಿಕಾಂತ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಸಂಗತಿ. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಬಾಸ್ ಬರುವುದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸೀಡಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ನಾವು ದೊಡ್ಡದೊಂದು ಗ್ರೌಂಡನ್ನೇ ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ದೊರೆಯುವ ತನಕ ಸೀಡಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ರಜನಿ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಎದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೌಡು ಕುಟ್ಟಿದ ಶಬ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುದ್ದು ಮನಸೇ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಅನಂತ್ ಶೈನ್ ಒಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕಮರ್ಷಿಯಲ್ ಚಿತ್ರ ನೀಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಥಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಿರುಚಿತ್ರವೊಂದು ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಚುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನಂತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತನೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರ ಸಾಬೀತುಗೊಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷನ್ ಬೇಸ್ಡ್ ಲವ್ ಸ್ಟೋರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರದ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಡ್ರಾಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎರಡೂ ಎರಡು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಗೆಟಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕ ಅರುಣ್ ಕಾಣಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿತ್ಯಾರಾಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರದ ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯಾ ನಾಗ್ ನಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಗೀತ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ನೇಹಿತ ಜೀವನ್ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಎಮ್ ಎಮ್ ಎಸ್ ಮೂವೀಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಮೇಶ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಂಡದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿರಿದ್ದು ಶುಭಕೋರಿದರು

  DK's director Vijay Hampali was at last proud for inviting Sunny Leone and justified his action by saying that "Instead of calling a random Bollywood actress to perform an item number, we have roped in an international star for our song".   Janardhan, who had earlier directed movies such as Boyfriend and Anjadiru, has changed his name to 'Amogh'. With the change in name, he is also marking his debut as hero in his directorial 'Pora'. After being shot for the past 2 years, Pora is finally under completion, the witness to which was borne by its audio release. Politicians Dr Shailendra Bellale and Devaraj Shidlaghatta have produced Pora. Ministers Shobha Karandlaje and Bharathi Shetty were there at the venue to convene the audio ceremony. Lahari Velu spoke on the occasion saying that the Censor Board should be consisted of members who are more sensitive towards the film industry and requested Shobha Karandlaje to look into the issue. • Record Sales for Ee Dil...Helide Nee Bekantha Audio

  Avinash and Shruthi starrer Ee Dil...Helide Nee Bekantha have achieved a record sales in audio CDs, with over 25000 CDs sold in only a span of two months since the audio release. The audio was released in Hotel Citadel of Bangalore which had guests like Srinagara Kitty and Kali Swamy attending the function. Kali Swamy has also performed a guest role by appearing in a song of EDHNB. The lead actor Avinash is the grandson of Kannada's legendary comedian Narasimharaju and lead actress Shruthi is a well known dubbing artist. Srinivasa has directed EDHNB while K. T. M. Sathish has produced it. Sathish Aryan of Akramana and Pade Pade fame has lent music for the film. Owing to the tremendous audio success, the team have celebrated a Silver Disc function in the presence of Dr Ambarish. The director lauded the team's efforts with each individual conrtributing for the sales of the audio.

• Shivayogi Puttayyajja's Release Stalled

  Vijaya Raghavendra starrer Shivayogi Puttayyajja, in which he portrays the saint Puttaraja Gavayi, has been petitioned in Gadag High Court to stop its release by lawyer turned producer Maruthi Jediyavar. According to Maruthi, he had purchased the rights for making the film 'Gaanayogi Pandit Puttaraja Gavayi', but before he started his film, the team led by director Hamsa Vijeth had already completed the film. Questioning the action of the crew of the film, Mr Jediyavar has filed a petition to withhold the release of Shivayogi Puttayyajja. Adding to that, Maruthi was also hoping of roping in director Nagabharana to direct the film for him. • Yarige Idly, A New Comedy by Yashwant Sardeshapande

  Actor director Yashwant Sardeshapande had previously directed a Kannada comedy 'Idya Maadyaara Nagalikka' in the North Karnataka dialect. With his previous success, he is making another movie this time, but with a suggestively controversial title, that reads 'Yarige Idly'. As the director says, it is about a boy who sells 'Idly's for a living. Idly is a popular South Indian dish mainly consumed as breakfast or evening snack. Despite the potential for a derogatory understanding of the title, Yashwant wants to go ahead with the title unless it garners too much negative response. Like his earlier films, Yaarige Idly could be made in the North Karnataka dialect too. • Remya Nambeesan to Act in Style King

• Kriti Not Part of Sanju Weds Geetha 2

  Kriti Kharbanda, the Delhi based beauty who was in the news rounds as being chosen to play the lead in Nagashekhar's Sanju Weds Geetha 2, opposite himself, has denied that she will be acting in it by mentioning on her facebook wall. • Lip Stick Kannada Movie Launched

  Director Umesh S, who was earlier a lecturer, always had a passion to make a film, which is approaching fruition with his debut directorial Lip Stick. • Kolara, a Biopic on Thangam, Release First Look

  About 15 years ago, Kolar district found relief from a notorious rowdy sheeter Thangam who ruled the streets of Kolar Gold Fields (KGF). His atrocities and rivalries reached a peak, which was when he was encountered by the police. When things have been forgotten long, memories still haunt sending shivers among those who have borne his brunt. Director Mahesh, who had earlier directed 'Slum', is coming back with 'Kolara', a biopic on Thangam with Yogesh playing the lead. Thangam's brothers will be played by 'Sanchari' Raj, 'Bhagyaraj' Mahesh, who is also Yogesh's elder brother, 'Loki' Vishwa, and '10th Class' Pruthvi. • Dr Rajkumar's Classics to be Revived Digitally

  When Bollywood's Mughal-E-Azam was re-released a decade ago in Color and DTS sound, Kannada industry answered back with colouring Dr Rajkumar's classic, Satya Harishchandra. After that, more movies came under the color grading monitor such as Dr Raj's Nanobba Kalla, Kashinath's Anubhava, and recently, Dr Vishnuvardhan's Khaidi. As we have known, Kasturi Nivasa is also getting freshly painted in colour. Also, Dr Rajkumar's Operation Diamond Racket is also getting coloured, which holds fame for being one of the very few Bond style movies produced in Kannada. Distributor Muniraju expresses his wish in digitizing all movies of Dr Rajkumar as these are a symbol of the history and legacy of Kannada cinema. • Dhananjaya Now, in and as, Allama

  Actor Dhananjaya, who is now waiting for the release of Raate, and currently shooting Boxer and Vijayaaditya, has also signed up for another historical biopic on 12th century Karnataka's mystic saint and a Vachana poet, Allama Prabhu. Off late, historical epics are increasing in Kannada cinema, with Sangolli Rayanna breaking box office records. However, Allama is more of a biopic that shows the lifetime of Allama Prabhu, as enacted by Dhananjaya, and will be directed by T. S. Nagabharana. Nagabharana had earlier directed movies such as Santa Shishunala Sharifa, Mysore Mallige, and Nagamandala. Flutist Bapu Padmanabh will be directing music for the first time with Allama.
