Shivayogi Puttayyajja's Release Stalled

Vijaya Raghavendra starrer Shivayogi Puttayyajja, in which he portrays the saint Puttaraja Gavayi, has been petitioned in Gadag High Court to stop its release by lawyer turned producer Maruthi Jediyavar. According to Maruthi, he had purchased the rights for making the film 'Gaanayogi Pandit Puttaraja Gavayi', but before he started his film, the team led by director Hamsa Vijeth had already completed the film. Questioning the action of the crew of the film, Mr Jediyavar has filed a petition to withhold the release of Shivayogi Puttayyajja. Adding to that, Maruthi was also hoping of roping in director Nagabharana to direct the film for him. Meanwhile, the producer of Shivayogi Puttayyajja, Shyam, has reacted by saying that he would answer all related questions in the court.
