Actress Rambha Accused in Dowry Harassment Case

Actress Rambha, who debuted with the Kannada movie Server Somanna, continued her acting career in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bollywood and Bhojpuri industries, and quickly rose to fame over a span of 20 years. She also married an Indian-Canadian businessman and settled down in life. Just when the second innings of her life was to begin, Rambha is in news again not for her filmy ventures, but of a dowry harassment accusation. Rambha's sister-in-law Pallavi, married to her brother Srinivasa Rao from 1999, has filed a complaint accusing her husband and other family members in the case, among who Rambha, too, is one of the accused. The police have lodged a complaint and the investigation is on.
