Ramayya Vasthavayya will hit the screens Oct 10 as planned.

Junior NTR-starrer Telugu movie Ramayya Vasthavayya will hit the screens Oct 10 as planned. There were rumours that the film's release had been stalled following the Union cabinet's nod for a separate Telangana state carved out of Andhra Pradesh. Dil Raju told "the film will release worldwide Oct 10. I know it's going to be a tough situation in the state, but we are ready to stand up and face the consequences." Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Brindavanam were two of Raju's earlier releases that minted money after their release during the Dussehra weekend in 2008 and 2010, respectively. So Dil Raju is keen interested in releasing the film during the Dussehra weekend.
